We’ve long been fans of Sleepypod’s carriers. We evaluated the Sleepypod Mobile Pet Bed a couple of years ago, and we were pleased to get a chance to review Sleepypod’s other two models, the Sleepypod Air and the Sleepypod Atom.

Sleepypod Air

If you’ve ever had to research traveling by plane with your cat, you have many likely run into confusing size restrictions, depending on which airline you check with. The Sleepypod Air’s innovative design addresses this issue by offering size flexibility through flexibility. The distinct design allows the carrier to contract to fit under the seat during takeoff and landing. once the plane is in the air, the carrier can easily be expanded so that your cat can have the largest possible space underneath the seat.

And of course, the Sleepypod Air also maintains the same strict safety standards as all of Sleepypod’s carriers and was put through the same safety testing that continues to position Sleepypod among one of the safest pet product producers on the market.

Sleepypod Atom

The Sleepypod Atom is a smaller, much more compact carrier for every day living. In developing the Atom, Sleepypod took ideas from the Sleepypod Air and applied them to the smaller-sized Sleepypod Atom. also suitable for air travel, the Atom fits conveniently below many airline seats. and of course, the Atom also maintains Sleepypod’s strict safety standards.

My take on the Sleepypod Air and Atom carriers

I consider all of Sleepypod’s carriers the best on the market in terms of design, safety and ease of use. I also like the beautiful design of all of their carriers. Leaving carriers out in parts of your home where your cats spend a lot of time, and making them part of their everyday environment will make life less stressful for cats when it’s time to get into the carrier. and if a carrier is pretty, it’s much more likely to be left out in plain view.

The Sleepypod  Air and Atom come in several beautiful colors. For much more information, and to purchase, please visit Sleepypod.com.

These carriers look very comfortable for the cats. This is helpful considering how stressful air travel can be. I thinks my cat would be very pleased in this carrier.

This looks like the best carrier ever! I have purchased all kinds of separate carriers and pods for kitty moves/vet visits, and this looks like the ideal one. When we moved long distance, the most significant issue was for the kitties’ safety. Am going to check out these carriers!

This looks like a great carrier. I’d actually try it out. beau currently hates his old one, so maybe a new change will make him happy!

I haven’t traveled by air in a very long time and never took a pet with me. but if I did, this is the product I would certainly need to get.

I am seriously interested in purchasing one or much more of these carriers. but it annoys me that it is not possible to obtain a price without giving one’s address, which will certainly result in a flood of advertising.

How much do those darn things cost?

Pricing is easily available on Sleepypod’s website, Lilo:
